Advances in Food Technology is a truly international journal which focuses on various technical advancements in food science and technology. The aim is to share the cutting edge technology involved in food industry among scientific ,industry and academic communities. The issues include various review articles, original full length articles and short communications. The journal publish all advancements in food technology relevant to the industry .Specific areas of interest include various novel food preservation and packaging techniques, applications of nanoscience in food research. Food quality control, various biological and non biological hazards in food , food allergens , food relationship with diet and disease, physical, chemical and sensory properties of foods, food formulations, natural colorants in food systems, fermented foods and food microbiology .

The journal is addressed to both practicing
professionals and researchers in the field of science and technology, professionals
in academia, former researchers, students and other specialists interested in
the results of scientific research and related subjects covered by the journal.
Manuscripts submitted to the Advances in Food Technology are approved by the Editor-in-chief followed by formal peer review process conducted in collaboration with editorial board members and independent referees. The publisher encourages the authors and reviewers to use the electronic submission and peer review system.
Peer Review Process
International follows a double-blind peer-review process. The criteria for publication adopted in Advances in Food Technology are as follows:
1. The study presents the results of primary scholarly research.
2. The results presented in the journal have not been published elsewhere.
3. The research should meet all relevant standards of ethics and research integrity.
4. Experimental setups, statistical analysis, and other analytical procedures are of high technical standards and are described in detail.
5. Conclusions should be supported by the data.
6. The article is written in standard English free from grammatical errors
Once the manuscripts have passed quality control, they are assigned to a member of the Editorial Board (or an expert guest editor) for conducting the peer-review process and for making a decision to accept, invite revision, or reject the article. 1. Publication Charges
To provide open access, International Journal of Pharmaceutical Science Research uses a business model in which expenses including those of peer review, journal production, and online hosting and archiving are recovered in part by charging a journal-specific publication fee to the authors for each article they publish.
2. Open access agreement
Upon submission of an article, the authors are asked to indicate their agreement to abide by an open accessCreative Commons license (CC-BY). Under the terms of this license, authors retain ownership of the copyright of their articles. The license permits any user to download, print out, extract, reuse, archive, and distribute the article, so long as appropriate credit is given to the authors and source of the work. The license ensures that the authors' article will be available as widely as possible and that the article can be included in any scholarly archive.
3. Submission of duplicate Manuscripts
During submission of an article, in the cover letter addressing to the editor, all authors are asked to indicate that they do not have a related or duplicate manuscript under consideration (or accepted) for publication elsewhere.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy Statement
The editors and reviewers are required to keep the content and details of submission in strict confidence .The information regarding the author names and their corresponding email addresses provided by the authors in this journal site purpose of this journal and will not be made available for any other party.
The authors are requested to carefully check the manuscript for errors before submission to the editor. Any updates or corrections to an article after publishing will be accepted only at an additional charge of USD100/INR5000.
